Okay, this is (yet another) one of my herds. These guys are all Wraiths. In life, they all either made a mistake, or made a deal with a demon; as such, in death, they are forced to roam the earth collecting souls.Wraiths have hollow chests that contain Heart Stones. These stones are always the same colour as the eyes of the wraith who owns it. The stones float suspended in mid air in the centre front of the chest compartment. When the wraith is happy or feeling extreme positive emotion, their stone will glow.
When two wraiths really trust each other, they will often exchange heart stones. This is usually only performed by life mates, though sometimes members of a same herd will do so in order to keep tabs on their friend. When the stones are switched, they will still be anchored to the original owner. Hence, if the original owner was happy, the stone would glow in the new owner's chest.
If two Wraiths breed, their foal will be completely normal, and will be left to be raised by a herd of normal horses.
When collecting souls, the souls will be stored in the chest compartment, just behind the heart stone.
There IS such a thing as female Wraiths, but most of them are male. They are far rarer than the males.

Currently it's a closed breed, though if you can think of a good idea for one(job and plot-wise), I might be willing to let you have one ^^ But it'd hafta stay part of the Wraith herd, is that okay?

Well, I did kind of have an idea. I don't know how good it would be, though.

That sounds alright - and being part of the herd doesn't mean your Wraiths has to ONLY stay there. Some only return to the herd grounds perhaps once a month or more.
There's gonna be a game of sorts, in which your Wraith can take missions and such to earn benefits and high positions in the herd and such

Okay. Could they be, say, an unnatural color? Purple, green, etc? If not, have a symbol to show the demon they made a deal with?
Holding games to decide positions sounds like a cool idea!

Creed: Alpha, collects souls of those who died in war.
Dagger: Protector, mainly focuses on Kyril.
Darkth: Collector of souls who die during or just after surgery.
Greith: Collects old souls who die naturally.
Kyril: Collects the souls of children.
Marble: Tempter - he offers dying souls a second chance to live, with the catch that when the finally die, they'll become a Wraith.
Soleil: Medic.

It's cool how in a way they're good guy, 'cus they help the souls and all that, but in a way they're kinda evil cus they made deals with demons and all that jazz.... I like it ^^

Any natural colour, yes ^^ Though their marks can be slightly unnatural, such as in the cases of Creed and Marble.
Just give me a coat colour, any markings you particularly want and eye colour ^^
