well cause he hogs most of the screen time and trys to prevent sonic to going back to his own world and he is almost useless he has an annoying voice tries to beat tails in mechanics and he also thinks he is useful when he isnt

well the reason he he didn't want Sonic to go home because he is a fraid to say good bye forever Because think about it if you were saying goodbye to someone you cared about wouldn't you feel sad and heart broken and wouldn't it tear you apart to and as for Tails like chris just want to play with tails and he is just trying to help haven't you try the same thing.
