holy crap this took a long time. well after a solid three days of sketching, coloring, shading, and lining i have finally done it! so here are 10 original creature adopts for you people! hope ya like em!so rules
1. staring bid for all of them is 10 points
2. must increase by a minimum of 10 points for each bid

4. you must REQUEST to be let know if uve been outbid. (sorry i tried it last time and ended up with like 4 or 5 very confused people who were left without answer because i lost their comment)

I honestly dont know how well these will do since they are a little different from most of my stuff, thats why their prices are staring so low, i just kinda wanna see what I can get away with concerning adopts

Also, do keep in mind that points ARE money, as they can be purchased from and exchanged on the site at a rate of 80points to a dollar. (Most adopt artists use a 100:1 points to dollar ratio for ease of calculation and because of a preference for money.)

no...that was not sarcasm....you have to understand, this is still only my second week on da and i only very recently found out about adopts as a concept. i knew points were money but i never figured people would bother paying real real money for little made up characters :/

They both have adopts that usually sell for 100$ or more, the former having designs that have topped $300 on several occasions.Β
There are others, of course, but these are the best I can think of. Do please note that creature designs tend to sell for less than humanoid designs do; they don't tend to top $60 at the highest level.Β
Good creature designs go from $5-$40 usually. (I'd reccomendΒ griffsnuff.deviantart.com/Β andΒ tamilab.deviantart.com/Β for that.)
Also note that people pay for the NAME.Β steamedbun.deviantart.com/Β is a prime example of this. Adopts that would normally be ~300 points have been auctioned for ~$200. Other good examples of this are two of my personal favorite adopt makersΒ sockjuice.deviantart.com/Β andΒ linoleumitalics.deviantart.comβ¦, the latter having adopts autobought in minutes. You have to make your name a name. Advertise more. A lot more. Like at least 50 groups. AT LEAST. The more, the better. Your quality is amazing. People will flock to you like wasps to a picnic, but they have to know that you exist first.Β

I will use them in a story im writing and most likly in rps. I also like to write short scenes with my characters and just generally daydream about them
And I was hoping that I could make some of them shapeshifters. Giving them a humanoid form as well but still having the ability to take on their animal form.Β
