I like this one! Lighting's awesome, skirt looks pretty cool.
Only two things to add, and both are mostly personal:
1. I can't see her shoes!! O_o I would compliment them, but the black background hides them. I just think they should be a little lighter.
2. This isn't really a criticism, but is the top vinyl? Cause vinyl is hot and sticky and just plain sucks. u_u But it looks good on her. ^_^

The black background for this works a *lot* better than the white you had used before. It helps her clothes look not so out of place (something that seemed odd to me in the last picture).
I really like this piece though. The only thing I would change is the direction you've got your lights set up though - that glare on the stool keeps making my eye wander over there, instead of at the girl where I'm supposed to be looking. @_@ But that's just a minor nitpick really.
