Description This one is the same idea as the Planet Man one, linked here.

With this one, we decided to make a more human-like robot than Planet Man, even though NumberMan.EXE is around as humanlike as PlanetMan.EXE in the Battle Network series. This guy was originally designed to work at a large research firm mainly as a link between the physical world and the digital world, which is a direct reference to the Battle Network series from which these robot masters originate. Since his hands and chest are equipped with special monitors, they are oddly proportioned (this may just be a way to justify the fact that I didn't notice the odd proportions until it was too late to adjust them without needing even more hours. He was also given attacks that use information from the digital world for offensive use that also doubles as secret code transmissions. To the average observers, these just seem completely random, though anybody who knows how information is encrypted with Number Man can receive the messages. He is, in that sense, a walking number station. His attacks involve throwing two kinds of dice, a white one that explodes to deal damage, with the damage and blast radius both determined by the roll, and a black one that turns all tiles in the background of the fight with a matching number to an offensive attack before re-randomizing the background (which is how larger messages are usually transmitted). In addition, he can use number ball attacks much like the ones in the original NumberMan.EXE's fights, with the numbers indicating how many hits they need to be taken down. Often, only one can be destroyed, which means that the other has to be dodged by sliding or jumping.
Upon defeating Number Man, the weapon obtained is the Doom Dice, which rolls a white or black die. If a black die comes up, the background is temporarily changed to match the one in Number Man's fight so it can be used anywhere else. It is most effective against Beast Man as Beast Man's less advanced intel circuits seem to malfunction with them.
Number Man is weak against Planet Man's Triple Orbit because he cannot solve three-bodied problems. He's not even a physicist, just a cryptographer and financial researcher.
