Made a Spain shimeji using the Russia one as a base done byI was going to make all three of the Bad Friend Trio but others beat me to France and Prussia..well here is Spain!
I'm currently working on Germany for a friend, hopefully no one beats me to it X3, kudos if someone does and it's uber cute.

If you can't get it to start it would be because the CON folder is missing 2 files. Go through the comments below and read the MILLIONS of solutions I have come up in order to help you with this problem. Do not comment unless it's something that has not been mentioned or something I was unable to fix. SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE HAD THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS YOU AND THE SOLUTION IS RIGHT THERE FOR U TO SEE.

I found a pretty easy solution to the conf folders missing files, just copy the conf files from another shimeji and put it in spain's folder. I used my russia shimeji's files :3

I think the rar download has all the files, I can't remember it's been so long since I uploaded these things. I do apologize, try downloading any of my other shimejis and replace the img folder with Spain's. It should work then and this is the quickest solution I can come up with. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience and I REALLY apologize for not responding sooner.

for some reason whenever I extract your version of the shimejis (I've downloaded a few) it doesn't all go in one folder like the ones I download from other people do and it doesn't work? Is there a specific reason for this or would it just be my computer that's causing me trouble?

I'm not sure, usually it goes into one folder...I haven't heard of it causing any trouble, but if they continue please just make a copy of one of your working shimeji folders and replace all of the images inside of it with the ones of Spain, Romano, or Germany. I do apologize if my downloads are causing you any trouble from enjoying the shimejis.

Ummm....they don't synch up exactly...but a lot of people say they sometimes follow eachother around or randomly multiply MORE when other shimejis are near....but if they DID then I'm sure they'd multiply a whole bunch, and sparkly hearts and glitter will appear to show they're in love!

Hmmm.....try clicking on just the java icon that's in the folders. That worked for me on my other computer. There's a java icon and the shimeji icon, just click on the java one. If that doesn't work...hmm...Did you also rename the files accordingly?

When you download the shimeji it's a folder. Right? In that folder are a few more folders and the java icon and the shimeji icon. ONE of the folders is named CON. You CLICK on that folder named CON and tell me if there are any files in it.

Just right click and copy the conf folder, then paste it into the spain shimeji folder, it will ask if you're sure you wanna replace so just say replace don't keep both files, then rename the files in the conf folder the way they should be renamed and then go back to the main shimeji folder and click on the shimeji icon. It should work.
