Description
Being able to travel across western Canada is an opportunity to revisit ten acre homestead and chat with farmers who cut hay for their 200 head of cattle. Our negotiation is to cut behind barn so in first day tie plastic ribbon around fence posts so farmer on his huge machine can see fence line. Voila. I am able to walk entire ten acres and enjoy pleasant quiet and very fresh air in midst of harvest. Although fairly solitary, the location is chance to paint in water colors alot and sketch. This #sugarpacketsketch is upbeat for me with far more detail than alot of past abstract impressions the medium allows on small empty packet. Original characters are features often and small worm is somewhere I call Lilly..So Sagebrush.
