Description Here's another poly-plot from a lot of quartic equations.

Center is (0.0, 1.36) in the complex plane and x/y radii are +- (0.185625, 0.33)
The polynomial of degree 4 (quartic) contains the coefficients a, b, c, d, e.
It appears as: ax^4 + bx^3 + cx^2 + dx + e = 0
The roots found are all permutations of the following coefficient values:
   a : -35, -34, -33, ..., -2, -1, 1, 2, 3, ..., 33, 34, 35
   b : -35j, -34j, -33j, ..., -2j, -1j, 0, 1j, 2j, ..., 33j, 34j, 35j
   c : -35, -34, -33, ..., -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, ..., 33, 34, 35
   d : -35, -34, -33, ..., -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, ..., 33, 34, 35
   e : -35j, -34j, -33j, ..., -2j, -1j, 0, 1j, 2j, ..., 33j, 34j, 35j
