Description
Okay, first we'll address the elephant in the room... I found a camera. One of my old cameras. One from around the 2013-2015ish era, back when FNaF wasn't a thing and I was trying to see if I could be a Biotuber. (Spoiler alert: Never happened... probably for the best, though.)If the quality is a bit worse than before, I apologize.
Anyways, I've had a few hefty additions happen since I lost the phone. I'll tackle it in no particular order.
First and foremost, I finally got a FNaF book: The Freddy Files. Sure, most of the info it packs can easily be found on a wiki, making some bits in the book end up being "tell me something I don't know" bits. Doesn't really answer any questions, but does a decent enough job of summarizing everything. (Though it has some great renders to potentially use for renders. Standout one is definitely that gold cupcake.) Also has that ominous FNaF 6 drawing at the end, so that's fun.
Next are the BaF Ballora, NM Foxy, and a now complete Ennard.
NM Foxy brings as much of an A-game as he can, having a useful waist swivel and such. The endo bits might be a little to bright, but oh well.
Ballora just blew me away when I got her. At first, I thought her right leg's joints were gonna hinder her. Found out she's only attached by the left foot. The next surprize was when I found out it was a peg connection to the stand, meaning Ballora could be removed from it and be used without it. (Though obviously she's more stable if she's got the stand.)
Ennard's arms are also quite neat. The joints are all ball joints, meaning his wrists can both swivel and bend up a bit. Makes grabby poses possible, and very intimidating.
The little mystery mini FT Freddy is pretty fun. If you've gotten any of the others, he's pretty similar... just a lot lighter pink and packing a very tiny bon-bon to boot. (Also, those odds for this wave are NUTS. 1/72 chance of finding NM Mangle and/or NM Cupcake. What even.)
And last, but not least, is Circus Gallery (with Baby). Dunno why, but I thought the end product would be a bit bigger. It's decently sized, capturing enough of the vibe of the likely cold and dreary setting. While the additions of plastic window panels are a nice touch, their springy nature makes this build a bit more fragile than others... even more so when you factor in the one wall is held on by 2 studs.
And that Baby minifig is almost right. But my god... that lipstick. That OBNOXIOUS ORANGE LIPSTICK. It bothers me on so many levels. If I had the tools and skill, I would personally paint it over myself, but I can't. (At least right now.) So I'll just put up with it for now.
So there. Quite the winded list I had to catch up on, but at least it wasn't too much. Now I can worry about all the other stuff I have to do during October... which is a lot.
