Description
Hey I do create real adopts too (and am going to post a set in a day or two), but... I'm doing this for a reason...Yes, they ARE "maker" adopts, and they are because
I know how most adopt makers feel about these make-a-whatever games, and it is totally understandable
The point here is that there are a lot of makers that are allowed to be used to sell for points.
I also try to make sure that they are only submitted to groups that allow maker adopts, and it is completely understandable that most don't.
If there are any questions, explains it here: [link] and here: [link]
So any of the makers on the "exclusive" pages of dolldivine.com can be used: [link]
Basically all the ones that have the name DollDivine as one of the names on them, because some of the makers on that website are by other companies.
All of these were made from one of those games, all proper credits will be given at the bottom of the description
Now for buying, Make an offer, ANY points offer, but I won't reply til 2 hours after, so others do have a chance to offer higher, just not a very long time.
:::Rules::::
For these maker adopts, they do not have to follow the same rules as my other adopts.
These will be yours, you may change them as you see fit
I will also send you a pic of them separately.

omg, #5 is from the lolita maker I use! how do you make the transparent backgrounds?????
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
OstendorfsAdopts In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-22 23:39:36 +0000 UTC]
Oh I take them all into Photoshop and clear out the backgrounds, then I even add a slight black outline to them all.
and yeah xD she is from that maker

Morbid-Gummibears In reply to OstendorfsAdopts [2012-03-22 23:42:00 +0000 UTC]
I can tell that you add a black outline to them. Is photoshop free? I use photofiltre, a french photo editor that I'm like amazing at using

OstendorfsAdopts In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-22 23:46:41 +0000 UTC]
no I've never used photofiltre
and well... photoshop is actually pretty expensive
but I'm sure they have a free leak somewhere

dern! photofiltre is one of the best free photo editors! I don't use gimp because it gives you viruses. photofiltre originally comes in French, but there's a website were you can get it in english. and my dad said photoshop is really expensive! He said it's about £715!!!

Gimp doesn't give you viruses unless you download it from a
site that has a virus attached to it. I've been using GIMP
on my laptop for 5 years almost and I haven't had a hitch.
Also yes I have Photoshop CS5 extended edition on my desktop
that I use regularly and it costs roughly $1000.00 CAD

i got my photoshop for free....

SW-Art-and-Design In reply to mangojellygirl [2012-03-23 01:09:15 +0000 UTC]
I buy it because I like to have the support and warranties.
CS5 Extended comes with more then just photoshop, it has
Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and other programs as well.
I Don't mind paying for a program when it's worth paying for
I guess, I'm one for supporting companies when they deserve it

does gimp work really well then? I considered getting it before I declared my love for photofiltre

SW-Art-and-Design In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:37:44 +0000 UTC]
It works just fine, it does the same as photoshop if you know how to use it.

I have gimp! Is there a way to make transparent bg? Like in ps?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SW-Art-and-Design In reply to RarestPaladin [2012-03-23 15:41:01 +0000 UTC]
yeah, it's exactly the same, just don't merge your layers together
with the background layer. Delete it instead
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
RarestPaladin In reply to SW-Art-and-Design [2012-03-23 15:43:47 +0000 UTC]
OOOKK so.. like... in PS I double click the layer and say ok (making sure the underneath is transparent)... then I use the want to select the white and then press the delete key...
Pretty much the same with gimp?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SW-Art-and-Design In reply to RarestPaladin [2012-03-23 15:49:32 +0000 UTC]
Everyone does things differently, in PS and GIMP.
I just delete the first layer that you are drawing
on top of, I usually make it grey cause it's easier
on the eyes then white, but I don't draw anything
at all on that layer and when I'm done my picture
that's the one I delete and the background is then
transparent....I may have just repeated everything
you just said lol sorry if I did.
I havne't used GIMP in a while, I use PS mostly but
that's how it goes yes

cool, do you have a link to the one that doesn't give you a virus?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SW-Art-and-Design In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:42:00 +0000 UTC]
should be able to get it form the official website. It's where I got it
and it doesn't have viruses >.>

Morbid-Gummibears In reply to SW-Art-and-Design [2012-03-23 00:45:07 +0000 UTC]

SW-Art-and-Design In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:55:16 +0000 UTC]
Now that's where I got it from, and as I said I have NO issues.
I don't see the official website having viruses when so many
people have downloaded from it and they update it regularly.
In any case have fun with the program ^^

OstendorfsAdopts In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:03:01 +0000 UTC]
yeah o.O expensive, I was lucky, I got a copy through the place I used to work at.
Well, I don't know much about photofiltre, but maybe you can make the backgrounds transparent in it? I just make sure that the bg is white or a really light color with not much difference when I screen shot the picture of the character, then I select it with this "magic wand" thing so I can delete the bg colors.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Morbid-Gummibears In reply to OstendorfsAdopts [2012-03-23 00:09:04 +0000 UTC]
I have the magic wand tool, but how do you delete the bg on photoshop?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
OstendorfsAdopts In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:12:51 +0000 UTC]
well I actually use masks, so I mask out the bg
or you can, after selecting the bg, just press delete, if I just wanted to delete it I would just press the delete button
some other programs it may be pressing "d" or ctrl(cmd)+d
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Morbid-Gummibears In reply to OstendorfsAdopts [2012-03-23 00:19:55 +0000 UTC]
I found that there's a button to make the bg transparent! I'm going to start doing black line around them too, if you don't mind that is
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
OstendorfsAdopts In reply to Morbid-Gummibears [2012-03-23 00:24:11 +0000 UTC]

can't wait to see the result
