Otavio the puppy is a sonic oc who was created in a misterious lab, he was created with a power similar to the chaos emeralds, maybe even super emeralds? who knows, but his powers are based on the night and the galaxy and stars and the moon, he is very powerful, but he still don't know how to use his full potential, before getting out of the lab, he got in green hill zone, and he liked it, it felt so natural for him, like he was made for it, he also liked sky sanctuary which was a good place for one of the abilities that he had, his abilities are like every sonic character and fan-character have, the spin, the spindash, and maybe super peel-out and drop dash, he also can do extra abilities like anti-gravity flying, freeze stuff around him, and more, he also have some video-game abilities like the frost punch, which he charges a very powerful ability, and when it's charged, he points at something, and then he gets boosted in that direction, then he hits what he wanted to punch, his other ability is the emerald shield which allows him to protect himself from any projectile until the shield breaks, he also have more abilities, but that's all for today, hope you liked the fan-art
