I love this scene, poses and colours!
You can obtain that tiger only for battle pet, not for mount. There are other cat mounts, but not with this colour scheme

Love the details in the lineart and the colors. Both are so fantastically detailed that I bet they can stand separate from each other and still look really good! Especially love the musclework on the cat.

You can get it in Felwood. Cat is supposed to be for a quest but it's got a good respawn rate. [link] I think your yellow looks better than the orange used :3 And the hunter pvp set is sexy.

As for a battle-cat styled mount, I've heard nothing about that. However, as someone else said, there is a tameable pet. A tiger in Felwood called Winna's Kitten. It's near the one Horde camp near... Jadenar I think? o:

Not so sure about a mount like that, but I know you can get a green and orange striped tiger pet. This is nice.
