Description
Another member of neoleptoceratopsidae, the Ruby-Frilled Horn Head is among the largest herbivores of the Akian seasonal rainforest though will get out of the way of the sauropods. Like their cousin the Tree Smasher Ruby Frill will also clear out the undergrowth and are usually a sign of a healthy forest. The enormous horn right above the nose is very effective at keeping predators at bay but their attitude is what really sets them apart and they are famous for not tolerating predators in the vicinity of the herd. Typically just a male and his herd of usually up to five females their ferocity is a force multiplier and only the hungriest dinosaur will try their odds with this dangerous prey.
