I saw Mars Needs Moms today! It wasn't what I expected- in fact, it was really good! I can't believe it got such bad reviews. But then, they didn't exactly help with the trailers. Or the name. "Mars Needs Moms"? No. Just no. Besides, they take, what, one mom every twenty-five years? They don't need moms exactly. Also, they really should've given a better reason for the whole 'stealing moms' thing.
Still, I thought it was awesome. I also loved the aliens design as well as their social structure. Because I think that stuff's awesome. I mean, the males and females are segregated! And the males dance a lot and take care of other males, while the females are femanazi-ey and strict and stuff. It's pretty much the complete opposite dynamic of people, or at least more ancient people. Not that females ever danced, but they did take care of children.
I loved how the picture showed that, at one time, they had families. And Ki and her graffiti! <3
I'd give it maybe 4 stars.
