All joking aside,It is the work that attracts them and the WAY I portray women.
From my earliest memories,I have always been absolutely fascinated by women,their looks of course, but also their sensibilities,their way of apprehending the world,and the magical way we are attracted to them and them to us.I try to acertain what is special about each, and reveal it in my photography and sculpture,in a way that is celebratory,sensual,and ultimately honorific. I OBSERVE them alot,perceive the magic and the mystical aspect of their being and bring myself to a place where,at the moment of the shot, I love them completely,but not as an aquisitive or possesive male who wants to take something from them them, but rather as an acolyte of worship.In this way I have engendered their respect and trust ,and have been allowed an intimate look INSIDE their world.It is of course a very sensual experience,for both of us. As long as I eliminate ALL EXPECTATIONS ,to be open to spontaneity and chance,there is a real opportunity to capture something rich,authentic,and beautiful...
