Without getting into my own personal drama, allow me to explain what you are looking at. This is one of my alters, Andrew. The other night while I was trying to sleep and having trouble due to obsessive thoughts about a friend who had indirectly wounded me through their actions, Andrew came to me and repeated these words to me until my mind wandered off the subject. It seemed like a good message to meditate on, so it goes in the art journal. I trust Andrew. He struggles with paranoia and delusions, so when he comes to me and tells me that I have made something personal that had nothing to do with me, I believe him. He knows what it looks like when someone's brain is lying to them.

((Standard Clarification: I tag art of my alters as "original character" because when you look at the work that is the category you'd expect it to be in. Nobody is searching for "drawings of my alternate personalities". Also, I believe that if I didn't have multiple personalties these guys would probably still exist as characters that I draw or write about.. and that is actually what I thought they were for a long time. So do me a favor and don't come for me because I'm calling my alters "characters". There are literally more interesting things you could waste your time with.))
