The ring around her tail is a nice touch. Interesting use of soft pastel colours, and her body position makes it seem like she is floating over the water. Fantastic detail work. The tufts of fur, scratches, tears in clothing, and rings of light can really be appreciated.

you put in so many small details in the lineart it looks very interesting and lively
the binary shading combined with some slight soft shading make an interesting mixture: it's not too much but still gives enough depth and tension
your job at the background and the lineless waterlike things is amazing!
