Remove the whole ruler thing concept, make it much simpler. So take out the bit at the bottom, keep it simple!

i like the concept, but the thing at the bottom out weighs everything else and it is hard to keep my eye on the important information, the rest of the work looks professional but the piece at the bottom just doesn't seem to fit at all.
As for the rest, i love the style and i really like the way you dulled down the 3d background image in the back and how you evenly spaced everything apart with a clean looking border.
Just fix the part at the bottom(get rid of it) and do a little tweeking on your colors (just a tip) and you will have a much better version of an already great piece

nice and clean, a bit too busy for my liking.... tis good though, wats ruler things at the bottom, cos they look wrong....
