You should work the backgrounds. There is just too much going on that you can hardly read the text on the phone. Functionality is the most important thing about making themes. Never forget that.

The design is amazing, but the bright colors seem to confuse with the actual icons on the cellphone. Care to try turning the backgrounds lighter, so they don't get mixed up with the icons?

Besides that, the art rocks!
