So I basically tried to include those characters with the strongest ties to Luthor himself, if not his company. Though I admit my recollection may be colored by non-comic sources, especially the DCAU Superman series. Oh well, it's not like any of them feel particularly out of place. The Inherent Ability may not be too useful for some (Bizarro for sure), but there are two 8 Intellect Characters listed, so I'm sure it will come into play.
