The big cone-shaped thingies of a nuclear powerplant are called cooling towers.
Whereabouts was this taken? It sounds rather crude but I've always wanted to see a nuclear powerplant with my own eyes.

The smoke you can see coming out from a nuclear plant like this one is just water vapour... And water vapour doesn't "polute"

Belgium has nuclear reactors since '74, seven of them now, generating more than half of its electricity.
Quite likely one of them.
