Neonix is Cleo's superhero alter-ego.

Cleo Roberson was a normal teenage girl, until she was splashed with a tidal wave of strange chemicals. The chemicals combined with her altered DNA gave her superhuman strength, speed, agility, and senses, and she can shoot fire out of her hands, breathe ice, shoot lightning out of her fingers, shoot lasers out of her eyes, and regrow dead plants. Cleo then becomes a superhero named Neonix.
