Description My part of an art trade with the talented

Okay now this is a piece I can be proud of <3 My love for drawing night skies will never cease to exist
Darion is such handsome beast Granted his wings were tricky but I think they turned out quite al right! I had a lot of fun with his pose, the shading and his curly manes The background was very nice to draw as well. Just an awesome trade all in all!

Yeah pretty much what Enny said
Looks fantastic, especially dat atmosphere
And I love how you tied his colors in with the background
And how much attention you paid to the shading
And the wings
The only thing I can say is that in that kind of evening light the trees wouldn't fade into the sky, but actually get darker the further they are away

Hij ziet er wel super boos en gevaarlijk uit maar dat maakt hem echt niet minder knap!! En even tussen ons je kan echt super mooi zwarte paarden shaden zeg! Zoveel detail krijg ik er echt niet in De vleugels zijn ook mooi geworden hoor! Ik denk niet dat ik blij zou zijn als ik 's nachts een keer hem zo naar me toe zag trotten En die achtergrond Het lijkt echt alsof hij ergens ver weg in de hens heeft gezet en zo super badass weg loopt Echt een hele mooie Vales! Je kan er zeker trots op zijn <3

Ik zag Darion's vleugels en ik dacht echt NEEEEEEEEEE D: Maar ze waren gelukkig een stuk makkelijker dan normale vleugels met veren c:

You also did an awesome job with the wings in that position, that would've given me a lot of trouble to draw!

OMG OMG OMG!!! THIS IS SOOOOO AWESOMEEEE!!!
Gosh, I don't even know where to start this comment!
You really managed to draw Darion on an Epic way Everything from his design and his anatomy looks perfect! I really like how detailed his pectoral muscles and forelegs are, also the position of his head and his expression really reflect his personality and character, fierce but warm at the same time. And those wings, it must have been a real challenge to draw wings in that frontal view, but they ended up looking awesome You even kept his small holes in them, and the white spots on his hindquarters are visible also. The Fresian built is just perfect for him, and I always struggle to achieve it when I draw him (his reference needs a serious update haha his anatomy looks horrible there, but it was supposed to be fresian-built). Oh and his curly manes are just perfect!! 
About the composition and bg, I must say that it is a true masterpiece. I really like the fact that you've used a little less than half the image to display that awesome starry night. It gives a very pleasant rest to the viewer, and you've chosen wonderful tones for the twilight at the background too! That light almost orange creates a wonderful contrast with Darion and the foreground, plus it's almost the same colour as his eyes that also create a very interesting visual path I kept on looking from Darion's eyes to the backlight, then there is that pretty starry sky to rest and then I look again at the two contrast points. It's just amazing  
Thank you very much for putting so much efford on this I love how Darion looks here! I had a lot of fun doing my part also, Trigger is an awesome character! It has been an honour to do this AT with you

I'M SO HAPPY TO HEAR YOU LIKE IT!!
I was going back and forth between poses to use for him but I'm really glad I settled for the front view one
I had a lot for fun working on Darion and on finding a background that would befit him c: At first I wanted to name this drawning: "And his Eyes reflected the Night Sky" but decided that was a little too long
