Yet again I am extremely late to an art trend, yay. Specifically this trend from twitter (or “X” 🤢🤮) a few weeks back:x.com/caffstrink/status/167563…
When I saw that pose I knew I had to draw it my two girls lol since I’ve always wanted to draw them together. This was also a perfect opportunity to redesign Maggie as I wasn’t really too fond of her previous look. I decided to make her design more cartoony as well as simplifying/removing parts that were always annoying to draw, like her hair, the extra piercings, and her gold cuffs. I also wanted to make her look more rock and rollish. Meanwhile Hazel looks exactly the same lol.
