how do u upload files that were made using paint tool sai???

Sorry if it's a little late (considering I just saw this now), but all of the files automatically save as a .sai file, so to change that you have to
1)click on "File (F)"
2)click on "Save As (A)"
3)another window should pop up. You have to go to the bottom of that window where it says "Type" and then change it to whatever file you want (I most of the time change mine to a .png image just because most websites take that image format)
