Description
During our Walpurgisnacht Ritual, we forged Ægishjálmr, The Helm of Awe. Each participant hammered one of three cross bars on one of the eight arms of this sigil, 24 in all, to create a 4 foot diameter iron sigil to be placed alongside a previous creation of the Valknut. By this forging, each participant put in their own sweat and strength, hammering our will and intentions into physical manifestation during a ritual to celebrate new beginnings.
