I absolutely loved Celestia's wings in the screenshot, so I made it a base! This took a few days.

Main RULES!
POST A LINK OF YOUR FINISHED WORK TO THIS BASE!!!! I hate it that no one is following this rule... I know there is a mentions system, but I still want a link on the base so that other people can see your work. (also because the mentions system acts weird usually)

Take your time, don't just slap something on there. This means spend more than five minutes on it. Please, I do not want to see the turquoise, purple, and red outline in the finished picture, you are supposed to fill that in as needed. -_-
My pony bases use the colors of my Ocs. DON'T KEEP THE COLORS! I will consider that as not following the rule of "don't just slap something on there".
