Description
Major spoilers for the novel series, so if you've not read "The Fourth Closet" yet, I'd recommend you read that first. Or not, and get spoiled. When the Charlie that we've been following throughout the series was revealed to be a robot, I thought that was cool. There are plenty of robot characters that are human enough (Penny from RWBY, anyone?).
But when Charlie died again, that hurt.
She's a robot though, so what if someone found her, and used what they could to rebuild her?
Anyway, that's what happens in my AU. Michel Afton finds Charlie, and spends the next four or so years repairing her, using the abandoned underground facility which he once worked at (from FNAF SL) as a home.
Yes, the books are cannon to my AU, as the events of the games 1, 2, 3, and technically 4 for my AU happen in Chicago, and the novels are cannonicaly set all the way in Utah, there's plenty of room. Especially with the Pizzeria Simulator story arc taking place all across the USA, and in the early 2000's.
At first, android Charlie would have been scared, but then she would have realised that the person who repaired her was just like her: a living robot.
Michel was just a ghost possessing a machine, trying to live as he was before he was scooped. Charlie was an android made to replace a dead girl. But they're human enough.
