holy wow does broken sai suck. I mean, I've heard about....basically everyone else I know dealing with it, but mine was chuggin along like a champ, and now I really just don't even wanna deal with uploading things. woof.
ANYWAY

baby Ida has learned little except to be fearful- bullied and harangued by her larger peers, cowering in the shadow of her mother's heels. While she would eventually grow to be quite the explorer, and more at home in difficult terrain than a difficult pack, there's a first time for everything, and one little hatchling finds herself at pause when mother's advice shows determined consistency, but peril warrants hesitation....
Sometimes panicking pans out worse than just going for it would have. Little Ida probably had a good scare when her mother stepped off the trunk and sent it wobbling and off kilter. She ought to have stayed on her feet and ready to move, but now she knows for next time.
