Description Chirostenotes was an oviraptorosaur from the Late Cretaceous (80 million years ago) of Alberta, Canada. It was characterized by a beak, long arms ending in powerful claws, long, slender toes and a tall, rounded cassowary-like crest or casque.

Based in the Royal Ontario Museum of Toronto reconstruction.
