Unidentified Spiritual beings = unknown if of Human, Jinn, Animal or Extraterrestrial origin
cause, by "touching" the insides of people, a false feeling of hunger
and "drive" them like puppets away from fasting and towards overeating
with intentions to harm their Spirit but in many cases their Body also.

Seems they try to prevent Humans from becoming Spiritual beings.

Most religions inform us about these entities and their antifasting efforts,
(and also their efforts to outrage or erect and drive people to commit all sorts of crimes)
but many people do not take the warnings seriously.

But now that the medical community also suggests
that intermittent fasting is much beneficial for human health and even life span,
as people will try to change their eating habits and decrease the quantity of food they eat
(cautiously and progressively exercising fasting and not abruptly so they'll not become skin&bones and harm their health)
they will feel the efforts of these spiritual beings trying to prevent them
and trying to make them feel supposingly hungry and drive them to overeating.

You do not have to be Overweight to realise this is happening to you.

When "feeling" hungry
observe your Body to feel
If you really need to eat,
or something else "touches" your insides to create a pseudofeeling of hunger,
and tries to "drive" you to eat.
