To use on Windows: Go to your mouse settings > additional mouse options > pointers [tab]
and you have yourself a cute little Pika cursor. Tip of the tail is the pointer. Pikachu falls asleep and droops an ear. I did not make this. I downloaded it back in the late 90's from somewhere, and recently dug it up on my computer.
