Description

I've been playing around with this idea involving demons that unlike surface creatures whose soul can exist as a separate entity from their bodies, a demon’s soul is it’s body. This means that their physical appearance can be altered by how good or evil they are. (The “good” form doesn’t necessarily mean the demon is especially good, it’s more of a “default form” associated with being an average person)
Unfortunately, the physical changes caused by evil behavior make them stronger, so there’s a big incentive to being as ruthless as possible. Especially among higher ranking demons.
[Why no glompert? Glomperts are made entirely out of slime, so any physical transformations to their body can’t keep their shape. Evil glomperts tend to be a bit larger then their counterparts, but look the same.]
