The absence of noses and the misplacement of the very pointy chin really take away from the picture.

A little constructive criticism here... you forgot the red stripe across Nel's nose. Also, I think for Grimmjows speech bubble, it's meant to say "meow" rather that "meaw". For Komamura I think it would be more appropriate to say "growl" or "Grrr..." because "bark" is associated with tiny dogs. That's just my opinion though!
