TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
I WILL DRAW
✦ Original character with references provided.
✦ Some animals (kindly ask).
✦ Fan-art of any character with references.
✦ Real person (based on photo only).
I WILL NOT DRAW
✦ NSFW characters.
✦ Drawing with zero references provided.
✦ Full mecha/robots.
✦ Furry.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
✦ References of what you want me to draw (character, photo of a person, object e.t.c.).
✦ Additional instructions or description on the painting e.g. facial expression preferred pose if wanted, what they are doing, e.t.c. If you don't have an additional description you can always provide reference images of what you want.
PAYMENTS
✦ All payments must be made before the sketch is sent. A deposit of 50% must be made before a sketch is provided, but 100% is required after sketch is sent.
✦ Payment methods depending on location would be discussed privately.
✦ Payment is through Artistree.
REVISIONS
✦ I allow 3 revisions. A sketch will always be sent before i proceed with the artwork. Also, i will send a mid-way progress shot to you as well. But immediately after the sketch has been approved, no more revisions would be allowed unless a deposit of 5USD (5,000NGN) is made.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ I may finish before the deadline and I will always communicate if the commission will be delivered later than the deadline. The deadlines I put are the average deadlines, which could vary per piece and also depending on the number of extras -props, characters - you need. For example, an additional character would be an extra 5 days.
USE
✦ Personal use of my art is completely fine; there's no need to ask if you can use it or post it anywhere although I own rights to post any commissioned work on my socials and you cannot sell or gain any monetary gain from the commissioned work unless it was specifically a commercial commission.
PRINTS
✦ Currently, all my prints are made for only Nigerians due to shipping issues and other problems that would be resolved in due time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I have the right to post commissions on my social media and make prints unless specified not to.
✦ Commissioned pieces cannot be used for AI purposes.
✦ I have the right to decline any commission.
✦ Commissions cannot be refunded once the sketch has been sent and approved.
REFUNDS
✦ No refunds are allowed after the sketch has been drawn and approved!
COMMUNICATION
✦ I prefer communication via mail (realpandamint@gmail.com), deviantart(chat) or discord but leave a message here!
Unfortunately, I currently don't ship my prints internationally but I'm currently working on that
