Yuli's mask for the Sybal Heim 1893 Gala~She even does the cat "blep" thing as a human, and clearly there's no distinction between her and The Nightly Storm other than one has thumbs, the other does not.
Also one is blue. :'D
She painted the mask and made the earrings herself, that little crafty sneak.
