during the whole slender man craze, i like to believe i was ahead of the curve. i knew every little itty bitty detail about him, i knew every story, every creepy pasta, hell, i eve got to talk to the folks from Marble hornets about how they made their videos, different camera tricks and the like (wonderful guys with very dry wit. half the time i couldn't tell if they were joking or serious. their sarcasm was over 9,000.)

I digest: this lovely little darling was born the moment i saw a video on youtube titled "Slenderman dances for his $20," or something to that end. its a simple little gif of slenderman dancing to a rap song about a guy wanting $20 but my god was it funny! i'd originally heard about it from a comment on Mr. Creepy Pasta's youtube page back in the day and thought i'd try to be ahead of the curb. I thought "surly everyones gunna try to make a pimp version of slenderman who wants you to pay up! I'm gunna be the first to do it!"

To this day i check online now and again to see if anyone posts a pic like it, and each time im shocked theres as few results as there are! for the longest time this used to be the only result that showed up (which left me both proud and ashamed. On one hand I thought: "I am the first in all the intenet to post something!" the other part of me thought "Im the only one on the internet who would think to post this... wow... kinda sad... and worrisome..."

Again, there are more results now, so i dont feel quite as weird (or at least, i dont have to feel weird alone,) but still, this has to be one of my most favorite pics ever for sooooo so many reasons. :'D
