He's Bandit, good friend of Andy, from Anthro Northwest.

His fursuit was done by the awesome Munchkin, and donated as part of the charity raffle (earmarked to Sarvey Wildlife).
This was the badge for such fursuit. This was also printed as a big canvas an auctioned for the same charity during Anthro Northwest.

I don't know who got the fursuit nor the printed canvas. But thank you for helping and being so cool!!
