Personality: Cloudburst is a very confident and outgoing pony. She loves showing off and proving herself. She's incredibly competitive and someday dreams of being just like her mother. She is fiercely loyal and protective of her friends and would do anything to make them happy. She is brave, determined and dedicated to everything she puts her heart too. However, sometimes she can come off as insensitive or overtly arrogant.

Early Life: Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy admitted their feelings together after eventually leaving their significant others and wanted a child together, they consider adoption, but are approached by Twilight about a spell that could create a child between two mares, but that it was incredibly painful. Eager to have another child, Fluttershy agrees. They set a date and meet up with Twilight who is joined by Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Princess Cadence and Starlight Glimmer. The spell is incredibly difficult and not guaranteed to succeed, but they try anyway. The spell takes the DNA from Rainbow Dash and combines it with DNA from Fluttershy, adding life to the magic from both of them. The combined magic of four alicorns, as well as Starlight’s powerful magic is enough to create a child from the DNA, and allow Fluttershy to carry the child. She is revealed to not have been the first, but its important that she is carefully monitored. Fluttershy’s body struggles with the pregnancy, but under the care of Rainbow Dash, she is able to stay strong. Fluttershy unexpectedly goes into labor only 7 months in to her pregnancy. She is rushed to the hospital and the princesses are called. Due to the magic that created the child, as well as the magic used to keep her alive and safe, the baby is born safely. A little filly who they name Cloudburst. Despite the scare, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are incredibly happy to welcome their new daughter home. Rainbow Dash introduces her to Sour Apple at just days old, and Applejack welcomes the new baby as well.

Cloudburst turned out to be quite a troublesome child, as she was a very strong flyer and always getting into trouble, she was almost impossible to reign in due to her high energy. This was until she met a colt by the name of Stormrunner. The two of them became quick friends and Cloudburst seemed to be more relaxed, eventually the two of them became best friends and Cloudburst even helped her friend to come to terms with the fact that she is trans.

Cutie Mark: Cloudburst was natrually skilled at flying and assumed that her Cutie Mark would be something related to that, but when it never showed she became annoyed. She sought the help of Scootaloo only to be disappointed time and time again. It was when she approached by Stormy who came out as trans. Cloudburst helped her throughout the entire process and while talking, Stormy explained that she was grateful for Cloudburst's help, that she was a shining rainbow through her storm. In that moment, Cloudburst realized that helping Stormy and being a support and guide for others was who she truly was and her Cutie Mark appeared.
