Yeeeees, it's MS Paint friendly. Here's some rules about this lineart:
❧ You can use it for refs, adopts, pretty much everything.
❧ Point adopts are good. No moneys though.
❧ You can edit it a bit. Y'know, change the tail, change the hair, fix that wonky leg, stuff like that.
❧ You should leave the watermark on, but credit me if you take it off
❧ put it wherever you want lolololol
❧ you don't have to ask me to use aaaaaaaaaa

so yeah for liscence i'm just gonna go to creative commons and then check everything as yes cecause it's a lineart
