Contrast.
The grey on it isnt grey grey, so it doesnt kill it, but... I think it needs a real black. I love the glow on it though, it has that nice yellow glow, with the purple fade in the back - good illustration of how cool colors push things back and warms bring them forwards
regardless, I think this works the way it is, but I would probably contrast it. If you had a couple other pictures with this sort of faded look on them (i can think of a few of yours that either have it, or could have it) and you matted (or just put them in a document ) together, I think this would be cooler.
My personal opinion is to up the contrizzle.
