it is transparent, it just has a background layer. What program are you using to open the file?

I use FA as well, so what you need to do is click the Download button off to the right. It will save as a Krita file, I believe. Just go to FA, click 'Open' and find the Krita file. Open it, and it should come up in layers. One is labelled 'background,' just delete that and boom, transparent background.
