Yes! You are right! It is a character based off of Tom! But that doesnβt give OP a reason to hate on them for having a character based off of Tom. They cursed at me, and as I was explaining, they called me retarded and blocked me. So yes, it is a character based (and heavily) off of Tom, but thatβs not them saying they own Tom as a character, they said it was based off of Tom, and that there doesnβt need to be any hostility because of it.

No, because this isn't just tom as a dog. this is a character inspired by tom, and has unique markings and its own personal ideas, etc. You could make a human based off of sonic and call him Sonic, but it would still be a character based off of sonic. this person isnt claming tom as their own character, but you are allowed to use another character as inspiration for yyour own, still making it your own charater.Β
