I'll put a critique HERE, then.
Personally, SI0 is all about movement and perspective.
So.
1. Swing the hair to make it look like her head is turning. Looks like she's falling... or flinching. Oh. Scratch that.
2. I'd do something similar with the suit's arms.

in the small thumbnail view I didn't like it, but I decided to look anyway. After I looked at it, I realize it was really pretty cute and thoughtful. I like how the sleeves are tied around her.

Dude...this is full of all kindsa awesome. The style is really catching my attention and the hair kinda has a joe mad fell ( to me). And that ass is the bomb XD ...am i still allowed to say such ancient catch phrase LOL.
The style is unique and the colors are used very well. I love that back ground btw: showing some keen graphic design skills. This seems like an idea that would come straight from my head, style and all,I feel a sort of kinship and for that you deserve a big fav 
Thats all man and im a huge spidey fan so this is just one of my all time favs. This is inspiring me to get off my ass and do some work of stuff i like to do.

The light spots on her arm are similar to those on the suit, and it then makes them seem to be made of the same material. also, you cant wear those huge ass bracelets and a suit at the same time. Just saying.

those huge ass bracelets are part of the costume there web cartridges in the comic books there was a spidey who could use web from his hands and one that had to use cartridges he created
