I use an graphire wacom A5, sometimes intuas wacom 15 or cintiq wacom 12 X, with photoshop cs 2. You should try to get the mathias verhasselt brushs and barontieri, i learnt a lot with those brushs : )

Adding some details on the lower-left wall wouldn't be bad because it's way too close to the foreground to be like that.
