You're being silly. He googled an image of spongebob so that he could do a tutorial on how to COLOR for his students. The image is meant for coloring. You can download it on the nickeloden france website: [link] . He's not claiming he drew it. He's not claiming he owns spongebob. He's saying "Here is a method to awesomely color some line art."
If you don't think that coloring other people's line art is actual art, then that's going to be news to the hundreds of colorists on DA, especially ones who make a living at it.

It doesn't make your response to the situation any less silly. Also, PAPANinja is a he. Take two seconds and look at their page where it says "Male/France". Also, it would be a polite idea to take a few moments to follow the link and read about a piece before you begin to criticize it. I realize you don't like the idea of art theft and that's a good thing, but it doesn't help anyone to simply comment at random without taking a couple of seconds to understand what is actually going on.

get off my back already :\ i already know what's going on now, just the simple line of "i took this from the internet" is what threw me off.
i'm just angered that there are other people here that actually steal artwork and put it on their own account

I know, and it frustrates me too. Sometimes I just go through and report piece after piece of stolen work to DA. I have yet to see anything come of it, but it makes me feel a little better. My only point was that you shout point your thoroughly justified anger at those pieces which deserve it and that might mean taking a few more moments of looking to determine whether or not you're right. It wasn't my attention to make you feel attacked.
