Toy Story 4 to me, is the best Toy Story movie cause it's the end of the franchise, and I'd watch it over Toy Story 3 cause that one, while it's great it's not really the end of Woody's story, and it feels more like a removal than an ending since three shorts and two specials come after that one. This one really feels like a funeral for these awesome characters that the whole world will never forget.

But if there's one minor gripe I have with the movie, it's Buzz. He should've joined Woody when rescuing Forky after he jumped out the RV. Not only would it have been really funny and pure to see them on the road, but they would've had some deep conversation about Andy with Forky and how much they miss him, and Woody would've wondered if he really made the right decision sending the toys to Bonnie's in the first place with Buzz reminding him that he did the right thing.

As for the Antiques store, I imagine that Buzz would've escaped with Woody instead of meeting Ducky and Bunny who would've been residents at Bo's hideout along with Duke Caboom and maybe Tinny the Tin Toy as well.
