Japanese: Obakeia ( オバケア ) - taken from Obake and bakemono (化け物) that are a class of yōkai, preternatural creatures in Japanese folklore. Literally, the terms mean a thing that changes, referring to a state of transformation or shapeshifting.

French: Fantoli - Taken from Fantome, whiich is Ghost in French. Ends with -li like every Eeveelution in French.

Spanish: Phantoeon - Same as English.

German: Geista - From Geist, which means Ghost in German. Ends with -a like every Eeveelution in German.

Biology:
Phantoeon is a mammalian like Pokemon covered in dark-purple fur. It has long fur in the shape of hair that covers a good portion of it's face, leaving a opening for it's yellow eye that it always glowing and also makes a ponytail on the side of it's face that's held together by a red bead. It also has red gems embedded into it's chest and both sides of it's backside that can also glow when it is angry or in the heat of battle. It's paws are also moving gas and it's ears are long and droopy, giving it a undead appearance. It's tail it also flowing miasma that can also take the shape of a giant hand or stretch when needed. It also has rows of extremely sharp teeth that can be made into a creepy smile.

Phantoeon is Pokemon that is mischievous in nature and loves to play pranks on innocent Pokemon similar to other Ghost-types. However, it is normally born as a result of abandoned Eevees evolving out of hate,spite or death. It spend everyday in solitude and grudges the master that abandoned them or have extreme envy of other Pokemon with loving trainers. It also looks out for other abandoned Pokemon and takes care of them so that they don't end up going down the same road of eternal hatred and loneliness as it. Phantoeon is a Pokemon that also has severe trust issues but once you gain the trust of it, it will never leave your side and become undying loyal to it's trainer. It can also posses other Pokemon and People and can talk through them along with going into their dreams to torment them.

Phantoeon's body is very light and a hand normally goes through it but can make it's body solid if needed. It can also walk through walls, disappear and fly. It is a Pokemon that is rarely ever found in the wild, only being found in either forests or abandoned mansions. It's mostly found in cities and wild Phantoeons that are in urban areas are normally only seen at night.
