SkekLyr is one of the few Skeksis that will consistently stand up to The Garthrim Master. Lyr might not be the strongest or biggest Skeksis, but he is abnormally agile for an ancient Skek. When SkekUng became the new emperor Lyr’s obsessive hatred of Ung would have eventually driven him to challenge Ung for the throne, if the Great Conjunction hadn’t come.
