Description
Just a bit more fan creation for TC-96 I was using my new drawing pad and am still trying to work out a few of the features. This is designed to occur right after one of TC-96 's creations and stems greatly off the fact that TC-96 gave Huey a scarf and I love me some scarf shenanigans as well as an opportunity for The Yellow Two too briefly talk with Huey. If it wasn't clear he quickly disappears when it says "...and Gone" I am still an armature artist, so I haven't quite figured out how I want to draw sudden exist scenes. Also the yellow 2 that is on the end of the scarf is supposed to be a broach of some kind that The Yellow Two snuck on as a kind of "calling card."

Don't worry about the block of text at the bottom. It'll make more sense when I explain it further in future creations.
